• Provides strategic leadership, oversees governance, and represents Azam Basti Dojo in all official matters.

Assists the President in leadership responsibilities and assumes duties in the President’s absence.

• Oversees daily operations, scheduling, facilities management, and administrative coordination.

• Responsible for official documentation, meeting minutes, correspondence, record keeping, and maintaining organizational policies and records.

• Ensures compliance with dojo policies, monitors discipline and performance, and upholds organizational standards

• Manages financial planning, accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting for the dojo.

• Assists the Instructor in training sessions and supervises students according to dojo standards.
