The refund policy outlined above is subject to the discretion of Pakistan Kokushin Karate – Azam Basti Dojo. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. The dojo reserves the right to interpret, modify, or deny any refund request based on individual circumstances and in compliance with applicable laws. By registering for classes or memberships, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Refund Policy - the basics

we are committed to providing high-quality training and a positive experience for all our students. This Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding class fees, memberships, and other services.

 

1. Class Fees & Memberships

  • Payment for classes or memberships is required in advance.

  • Fees are calculated based on the selected program (weekly, monthly, or annual).

2. Refund Eligibility

  • No refunds are provided for classes already attended.

  • Refunds may be considered for prepaid classes or memberships if requested before the first class.

  • Refunds are subject to approval by dojo management.

3. Cancellations

  • The dojo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • If a class is canceled by the dojo, students may receive a make-up class or a pro-rated refund for unused sessions.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Submit your refund request via email or in-person at the dojo.

  • Include your payment details, program name, and reason for the request.

5. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
